Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Before returning a product, please contact us via email at info@cinnin.com to inform us of the reason for the return.
Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
- The item is undamaged and unused, (trying on is always allowed), unwashed/undamaged, without perfume, food or make-up stains.
- The original labels and/or stickers still attached.
- The item is not missing any accessories or parts.
- Items will be returned within the 14-day returns policy (excluding shipping costs).
PLEASE NOTE: If our returns policy is not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge shipping costs.
Refunds Refund will be allowed subject to the following conditions:
- The customer is required to return the product to us in the manner as mentioned above.
- Cinnin does not refund shipping fee.
- Refund will be processed after Cinnin received the package in good condition.
- Sale items can only be traded, not refunded.
The complete refund process normally takes about 3-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed.
